Celebrating Local Talent, Striking Contrast, and Creative Expression
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday, April 5th for the opening reception of our latest exhibition, “Mystery” – A Black and White Exhibit. The evening was filled with creativity, connection, and community.
Guests had the chance to meet local artists and explore the stories and inspiration behind their works. This powerful collection invites viewers into a world where black and white take the lead in evoking emotion and intrigue—where color steps back and contrast creates the drama.
Attendees were treated to elegant hors-d’œuvre, wine, and indulgent sweets—a delicious spread generously provided by our talented members.
A heartfelt thank you to Pammela Plummer, Su Small, and Gabrielle Bitter for their moving poetry readings, which added even more depth to the evening.
And congratulations to our People’s Choice winners:
2D - Pam Kraft for “My Guys Have Blue Eyes”
3D- Cindy Salazar for “Pigasus”
The Mystery exhibit runs through May 23rd — come see it for yourself and discover the beauty that lies in black, white, and everything in between.
